REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

1. The cancellation of an appointment needs to be done 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time otherwise cancellation shall be rejected and no refunds shall be made.

2. In case of any refunds approved by PSYGNATURES OF MIND Mental Healthcare Solutions, the amount will be credited back within 5-7 working days to the original payment method.
